美國 PeproTech公司，即派普泰克公司生產的干細胞因子（SCF）是一種造血生長因子，通過經c-Kit受體的信號通路發(fā)揮其活性。SCF和c-Kit是造血干細胞、黑色素細胞和生殖細胞系生存，增殖和分化*的。人SCF對小鼠細胞表現出低活性，但是小鼠和大鼠SCF對人類細胞具有充分的活性。重組大鼠SCF是分子量為18.4 kDa的多肽，含有165個氨基酸殘基，其序列相當于分泌型可溶性形式的SCF的序列。生產過程中的所有試劑均為非動物源性。
