DC/CIK無血清培養基產品信息:

BIOTARGET-1無血清培養基用來培養人類外周血中的單核細胞，如淋巴細胞或周圍血液中的單核細胞。BIOTARGET-1無血清培養基 含人白蛋白和轉鐵蛋白，不含生長因子或激素（除了微量的生物合成的人重組胰島素）。使用前，需加入終濃度為2-4mM的L-Glutamine（貨 號：03-022-1B）。

BIOTARGET-1的應用，包括: 

• 樹突狀細胞（Dendritic Cell）培養
• 人單核細胞和巨噬細胞培養
• 外周血T淋巴細胞增值擴大培養如LAK細胞、CIK細胞等
• 腫瘤浸潤性淋巴細胞（TIL）培養
• NK細胞增殖培養
• HIV病毒增殖
